VentilAQUA developed technology for cold sterilization, working under no pressure nor temperature requirements. Easy to use solutions with low opex costs

These units are easier to use due to their size, footprint, and adaptability. They also have an extremely low OPEX cost, as they don’t require heat, nor pressure, nor chemicals, being a better solution when compared to others such as thermal, peroxide, microwave or trucking. On-site installation (lab, operating room, morgue, etc) can then be considered easier. No big works required to adapt facilities.

Important European scientific nuclear lab, with highly contaminated waters, struggling to reduce operating costs and with the need to accumulate potentially contaminated waters. A STERI+O3 unit was installed and allowed to reject waters directly into sewer, complying with all local requests and regulations. As no trucking nor accumulation was needed, more space was available for productive operations, with no water accumulation.

The client asked for a system to eliminate contaminated water accumulation and trucking out, in order to create a safer environment for everyone, from patients to doctors, nurses to supporting personnel. The renovation of the facilities included dedicated duct lines for the contaminated waters to go directly into STERI+O3 unit. Our client was a large funeral home, practicing a considerable number of tanatopraxies daily, with compliance problems regarding local regulations. We have installed a STERI+O3 unit to ensure viruses and bacteria elimination, as well as COD reduction and solids retention. Thus, an adapted STERI+O3 system was installed, eliminating all trucking out operations and reducing operating costs dramatically.
